Property Litigation Solicitor Sought by Remote Working Law Firm

"Fantastic opportunity for a senior solicitor to work as part of a passionate team, from a location and at times of your choosing. We will provide you with interesting, challenging work in the healthcare sector. Unlike other consultant-led law firms, there is no requirement to bring your own clients or bid for work - you focus on delivering the legal work and leave us to deal with everything else.
 
About you
You can demonstrate a track record of successful delivery, be commercially minded and will probably have experience from a top tier law firm. You will be confident in managing your own case load independently and have excellent professional and academic credentials.

About the role
Your caseload will include a variety of matters, including property and building disputes, contentious property matters arising from  partnership disputes; Landlord & Tenant Act;  valuation issues;  restrictive covenants and breach of covenants; service charge and rent arrears and NHS Regulatory advice. You will often be working as part of a team alongside corporate/commercial/partnership colleagues.
 
All of your clients will be primary care professionals - doctors, dentists, pharmacists - so relevant sector experience would be an advantage, but it's not a requirement as we rapidly train new colleagues in the relevant regulations. You will have access to excellent administrative support and receive ongoing support and training.
 
We work on some of the most high profile matters in healthcare, and regularly find our clients and their matters in the news. We attract high calibre solicitors who want interesting and complex work, as well as control over the hours and location from which they work."
 
Usual hours are between 1-3 days a week, depending on your requirements and other commitments.
